  • What is the source of your Products?
    We source our products and "blank" garments from multiple domestic and international vendors and suppliers. Since we purchase from multiple vendors and suppliers, each product will have its own source of origin labeled with an attached product tag showing the source of where the original product was made/manufactured. The original un-printed/embroidered blank garments are sourced from international and domestic suppliers.   • Can I Make Changes to my Order Once is Placed?
    If your items have not shipped, we can make changes to your order. Please contact our support team at support@survivorapparelstore.com to submit your request. We will make every possible effort to accomodate your request.
  • How does your Exchange Process Works?
    Please contact our support team at support@survivorapparelstore.com You will need to ship your product back to us, once received, then we will ship the item that wish to exchange. The item must be in unused and new condition, in it's original packaging. for Drinkware it must be in it's original packaging, unused. We do not accept exchanges for any worn or washed items, or special order, or used drinkware item.
  • What is your Refund Process?
    For Refund related questions, Please contact our support team at support@survivorapparelstore.com Once you receive your items, you have 7 days from the delivery date to evaluate your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we will have you ship the items back to us. Once we receive your items, if they are still in new/unused condition, we will issue you a refund.   • What are your Accepted Payment Methods?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and also accept Apple Pay.
  • What is Pre-Shipment Tracking?
    If your tracking status is showing as "Pre-Shipment" we are currently fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to fulfill your order before we ship it out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with shipment tracking.
  • Where is Survivor Apparel Located?
    Our warehouse and fulfillment facility is located in North Carolina, United States.
  • Are your Sizes true to US sizes?
    Our products are true to US sizing. See sizing reference chart.
