We offer a 7 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Items must be in brand new condition for us to accept the return/exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based of "Change of Mind"
As we try to display color as close to the original as possible, some display devices may display the color a bit different than the actual color.
Order Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel an order you have placed, you have to cancel your order within 30 minutes after purchasing. Otherwise, you order cannot be cancel.If you're requesting a Custom order, it cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.

Exchanges
We only accept size exchanges. We do not accept exchanges for other designs / different items.The fastest way to ensure that you order the item you first intended to order is, by returning the item you have purchased, and once the return is received, inspected and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us for return, exchange options.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A notification will be sent once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
