Return, Refund or Exchange policy

Your Satisfaction is our main goal, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always contact us for any Return, Refund or Exchange questions

We offer a 7 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Items must be in brand new condition for us to accept the return/exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based of "Change of Mind"

As we try to display color as close to the original as possible, some display devices may display the color a bit different than the actual color.

Order Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel an order you have placed, you have to cancel your order within 30 minutes after purchasing. Otherwise, you order cannot be cancel.

If you're requesting a Custom order, it cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.

Damages and Issues
We strive to deliver a pleasant experience in shipping your items, upon receiving your items, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in order for us evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please contact us if you have questions or concerns whether your item (s) are eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or personalized items.

Exchanges
We only accept size exchanges. We do not accept exchanges for other designs / different items.

The fastest way to ensure that you order the item you first intended to order is, by returning the item you have purchased, and once the return is received, inspected and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us for return, exchange options.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Time 2-3 Business Days

Delivery Time 3-5 Business Days Excluding weekends and Holidays

In some cases, we ship the same day if order is placed before 2:00 PM, EST. Excluding Weekends and Holidays.

For Custom/Special Orders please Allow an adittional 24 Hrs of processing time.

When shipping Internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Survivor Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A notification will be sent once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within business 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
