Agreement between User and www.survivorapparelstore.com, Twist & Tingle Refreshment Hub
Welcome to Twist & Tingle a Company of www.survivorapparelstore.com.
The Twist & Tingle and www.survivorapparelstore.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Survivor Apparel ("Survivor Apparel ISA 4110"). www.survivorapparelstore.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.survivorapparelstore.com your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
www.survivorapparelstore.com operates as an eCommerce platform, offering high-quality, empowering clothing for online customers, while Twist & Tingle is a mobile refreshment business, delivering unique drinks and experiences directly to events and locations."
Twist & Tingle Refreshment Hub: Terms and Conditions for Private Parties and Events
1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made at least 45 days in advance.

A deposit of [35 %] of the total cost is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment and final guest count is due 18 days before the event.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will be charged 50 % of the total booking fee.
2. Menu Selection
-
Clients must finalize the menu at least 15 days before the event.

Twist & Tingle Refreshment Hub offers customized drink options including handcrafted lemonades with a twist, dirty sodas, mocktails, refreshers, and energy drinks Mash-Ups (coming soon Boba Bar). Any special requests must be communicated during the menu finalization process.

Ingredient substitutions may be available upon request but are subject to availability.
3. Event Duration

The booking includes up to 3 hours of service time. Additional time may be charged at a rate of $75 per hour.

Service start and end times will be determined during the booking process. Any delays caused by the client will not extend the service period unless additional time is purchased.
4. Setup and Clean-Up
-
Twist & Tingle will arrive 2 hours before the event for setup and will require a 12 ft x 12 ft space for setup.

We are responsible for clean-up related to our service area but not the overall venue clean-up.
5. Health and Safety
-
All drinks are prepared following food safety standards. Twist & Tingle will not be responsible for any allergies or dietary restrictions unless clearly communicated before the event.

Clients are encouraged to provide a list of any known allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
6. Liability

Twist & Tingle is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event, except where directly caused by our staff’s negligence.

The client assumes responsibility for any damages to equipment or property caused by guests during the event.
7. Alcohol Policy

Twist & Tingle does not serve alcoholic beverages. However, if alcoholic add-ons are permitted by the client, Twist & Tingle is not responsible for managing alcohol consumption or any related liabilities.
8. Weather Conditions
-
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the client must provide an alternative indoor space or reschedule the event. A rescheduling fee may apply.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
-
Cancellations must be made at least 25 days in advance for a refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 20 days before the event, subject to availability, and may incur a rescheduling fee.
10. Photography and Marketing
-
Twist & Tingle reserves the right to take photos during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please inform us at the time of booking.
11. Payment Methods

We accept payments via cash, check and all credit cards. Any outstanding balances must be settled before the event begins.
12. Event Size and Guest Count
-
The service is designed for parties of 200 guests. If the guest count exceeds this number, additional charges may apply.
13. Force Majeure
-
Twist & Tingle is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public emergencies, or other events beyond our control.
14. Agreement

By confirming the booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Twist & Tingle Refresher Hub (Survivor Apparel) with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Twist & Tingle and Survivor Apparel with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
Survivor Apparel and Twist & Tingle Refreshment Hub reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.survivorapparelstore.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Survivor Apparel and Twist & Tingle refreshment Hub encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
